  After having a bad experience with a previous plumber we were hesitant to use another one but Liam was polite on the phone and arrived at the time arranged. We discussed what was happening and he was able to work out the issue with our badly blocked kitchen sink, he kept me updated the whole time showing camera views of his progress, after finally getting it unblocked we discussed what to do regarding fixing the incorrect plumbing to stop this happening again, Liam was polite the whole time even when the job took longer than expected
